to charge an admission fee for dancing on Sundays
Are all members that deal with Public Entertainment Licences
aware that there is an imminent change in the law which will
allow venues to charge an admission fee for dancing on Sundays.Presently,
under the above legislation they are not allowed to charge.
My understanding is that the above Act will likely be repealed
just after Christmas and therefore, venues will be allowed
to charge for admission to dancing on New Year's Eve.
